The below diagram shows how the L&T implementation process merges work streams namely: business process integration, data & document standardization, system configuration, data migration, CAD and systems integration, into the blueprinting, realization and deployment streams. While blueprinting and realization follow the scrum approach to bring in early business adaptation of business process requirements realized through various business process integration sprints, the deployment shall follow the traditional SDLC approach with proper focus on testing and user adaptation processes, in order to achieve and align to the customer’s PLM vision.
